All In 1 Home Improvements & More LLC maintains full operational compliance across all 50 U.S. states, territories, and select international jurisdictions. By using our website, submitting service requests electronically, or entering into any agreement with us, you agree to the following legally binding terms:

Satisfaction Commitment

We deliver all services with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If any element of the work does not meet agreed-upon specifications, clients are required to notify us promptly. Our team will prioritize corrective action to ensure completion. Refunds are not the initial remedy and will only be considered after attempted resolution and at our sole discretion.

Refund & Warranty Policy

  • Refunds may be issued only in cases where services are proven incomplete or defective and cannot be corrected within a reasonable timeframe.

  • All refund considerations are made solely at the discretion of the executive team and do not constitute admission of liability.

  • A limited labor warranty (6–12 months based on service type) applies only to fully paid projects.

  • Manufacturer warranties apply to materials when applicable.

  • Unauthorized alterations void any warranties.

 

Electronic Communications Disclaimer

  • Communications made via email, SMS, our website, or any digital submission forms are legally binding and equivalent to signed contracts under the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN).

  • We record and archive all digital communications for internal use, security, and quality assurance purposes.

  • By engaging with us electronically, you authorize us to share project-related updates, invoices, and documentation through secured digital channels.

 

Data Privacy & Cybersecurity

  • All In 1 Home Improvements & More LLC protects your digital data through commercially reasonable encryption, password-protected systems, and secure cloud storage.

  • We do not sell or share personally identifiable information unless required by law or written client consent.

  • Clients are responsible for safeguarding access to their own email and devices used to receive company communications.

  • While we implement robust cybersecurity protocols, we shall not be held liable for data breaches caused by third-party platforms, force majeure, or user-side security negligence.

 

Website & Intellectual Property

  • All website content, logos, service language, proposals, imagery, and downloadable materials are protected intellectual property owned exclusively by All In 1 Home Improvements & More LLC.

  • Any use, replication, or distribution of our content without express written permission constitutes infringement and may result in legal action.

 

Legal Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, U.S.A., and subject to enforcement across all U.S. states and federal territories. For international clients, services will adhere to applicable local codes, with disputes resolved via arbitration or U.S. legal standards where permissible.

 

Project Site Access & Conditions

  • Clients must provide unencumbered access to job sites. Obstructions or delays caused by property conditions, other contractors, or safety hazards may affect timelines and pricing.

  • Hidden damages or undisclosed site conditions may result in additional charges. All estimates are preliminary and not final pricing until work begins.

 

Post-Project Follow-Up

As part of our commitment to customer retention and long-term satisfaction, we conduct follow-up outreach 1 to 2 quarters after job completion. This includes optional check-ins, satisfaction surveys, and updates on new service offerings tailored to your needs.
